Q. What’s in my billing?

A: Your billing includes a monthly subscription fee, which comes with a set number of AI minutes and Non-AI minutes. If your usage exceeds the included minutes, additional overage charges will apply. For a detailed explanation and the breakdown of your charges, you can review your billing preview or invoices in the Billing section of your account. You can also view your payment history under Manage Billing. Please note that billing previews are updated regularly, but some information may be delayed by up to 24 hours.

Q. What payment options do you provide, and can I change the payment method or update the expiration date?

A: To ensure your service runs smoothly without interruptions, a valid payment method must be stored on your account for automatic monthly billing. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank payments. If your credit card is nearing its expiration date, we will notify you so you can update it promptly. Please note that the system does not automatically switch to a backup payment method, so keeping your billing information current is essential to avoid service disruptions. To change your payment method or update your credit card expiration date, simply go to Billing, select Manage Billing, and make the necessary updates.

Q. What is ACH and how do I set it up?

A: ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a payment method that allows funds to be debited directly from your bank account. To set up ACH, simply enter your bank’s routing number and your account number.

For security, ACH setup requires verification of account ownership. After you enter your details, the bank will deposit a small amount into your account within a few business days. You’ll need to find the code in the transaction description and provide it to complete verification. You will receive an email in a few days with instructions on finishing this process.

Because verification can take several days, we recommend first using a credit card as your default payment method if you need immediate activation. You can add ACH as an additional payment method and set it as your default once verification is complete.

Q. Can I cancel my service subscription at any time?

A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. To do so, go to Billing, select Manage Billing, and follow the cancellation link. Main account-level cancellations take effect on the next billing date; suborganization-level cancellations take effect immediately. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused days in the current billing cycle. After the cancellation takes effect, be sure to deactivate your phone forwarding to prevent customer calls from being misdirected, as your original forwarding number may stop answering calls, and unused numbers may eventually be reassigned to another business or individual. Please note that your payment method may still be charged for any overage usage minutes that may occur or remain unpaid after you cancel the service.
