What is the AI Assistant?
This is an AI-powered phone assistant that answers incoming calls and handles customer interactions for your business — placing orders, booking appointments, answering questions, and routing calls to staff when needed.
It works alongside your existing phone line. When a call comes in and you're busy (or always, if you prefer), the call forwards to your AI, which handles the conversation naturally in multiple languages.
