What the platform does
The platform answers phone calls for your business, helps customers place orders or book appointments, and notifies your team through SMS and/or the Order Monitor app.

Recommended first-day sequence
- Enter business info and main instructions: Instruction page

- Configure forwarding number and test call routing: Phone page
- Review additional call behavior settings: Additional Settings page
- Place a test call/order and confirm it appears: Orders page
- Confirm billing/payment method is healthy: Billing page
Success criteria
- You can complete a test call from start to finish.
- Notifications arrive through at least one channel.
- Your main provider integration (POS/Appointments) is connected, if used.
- Billing page shows an active, healthy status.
Common issues
- You cannot save a page:
- Check required fields and try again.
- Confirm your session is still active.
- Calls are not reaching AI:
- Verify forwarding setup and run a live test call.
- Notifications are missing:
- Confirm at least one SMS contact or app device is connected.
